Hi,

My daily ritual this month has been a mindless rotation of working, eating and sleeping(and playing :x). Just landed myself a new job 2 weeks ago at Night Safari Singapore @ Bongo Burgers as mentioned on the previous post.

Anyway, recently i've been playing this really interesting game on facebook with the gang...



The hooking point of this game which gets us hooked is because of the cute characters and the fantastic eye candy from the skills. There are currently 4 chapters with tons of missions which you can master to get skill points from. You can also initiate a offline party with your friends who are playing the game on facebook!

Anyway, if you're playing this(and if you are one of my friends on facebook) do add me up!

Big day! High mood
FINALLY, it was the concert day. Everything was messy for the Band, Drama and the Choir.


Thats right...

We trained on performance day from 8am to 5pm. Seriously sick, the dinner and lunch was awful(yes i totally agree with Mr Alan Wong!!). I thought we would get buffet lor =.=...

(sorry no pictures were taken during the performance)
We were at the backstage waiting for the Band to finish, it was the actual thing this time. Not a rehearsal, i did not feel any nervousness but i was not prepared for the crowd. Then a message was passed down,"STANDBY!!!", immediately i was checking whether my vest and shirts were good and whether my shoelaces was tied. Then, we entered the stage with a thunderous applause from the audience. And we sang our 3 songs..

IT WAS A TOTAL SUCCESS(except for memory... ><)

I'd like to say good job to Band members, Drama people(dont worry ZW, next time i think you male lead liao) and of course my fellow choir members ;)!
I hope we will win silver for SYF.

I tried to blog but i had bad mood last week >< so sorry to readers! But hey, heres a really picture lengthy post!

Winter Zone!
Not too long ago, i went out with Bri to prepare for our TYZ(tie yi zhong trip). I have no comments for the amount we spent on winter clothing... 300++? Basically our main target was the Entertainment Center(jurong east). Seriously expensive!!

After spending $ at Jurong we turned back to our plans for the day... nxt was to go to OG(bugis).

When we reached the OG, we were supposed to meet up with Bri's mom... We entered a shopping mall(we seriously thought it was OG, LOL. It was actually BHG), we mistook it for OG and had a really hard time finding OG.

As usual i went to tuition with JJ...


MATHS tuition... its a really interesting class. Haha

After that went to Als's house(and was planning to watch the movie until it rained) and csed on his computer with his friend. Really interesting match against Expert bots.

Earlier today...
yes yes, we had our annual inter-class competitions while the sec1s' were away enjoying themselves. It wasn't a surprise that were gona be bored cheering for our own team. Instead, ZW Bri and I entered the Cyber gaming competition right in our school's media hub. We played against every class and emerged as 2nd placing.
(the score was 1 to 5 ><)

After school Joevenn, PY, Bri, Leon and WeiMing came to my house to play! We really didnt had a good time ><(i wasnt much of a good host i guess). After Joevenn, PY and Leon went home, WeiMing and I went to Bri's house... LOL rocks...

I actually act something very unique at Bri's house today(credits to Bri's mom for the food!)

YAY! how happy i am... a very happy man... got screwed by choir tdy.. i reached home at 8pm.

NEXT revise maths for maths test... yay! im so happy... -.- finally some maths to "calm" my mind. then tmr nid to go to the stupid torture house(Home team academy)
yah at least my contigent sirs very good... HENG AR..
Then the stupid "bigbig" sir the overall in-charge one... shout like mad, do one "nvm" mistake also cannot.

Then i found out that CNY coming around... like ZZzzzzZZ
HA how can celebrate when im gona be training for NPCC day UNTIL april... HA they joker la.. my leg hurts, i cant feel my fingers, im damn cold right now... cant seem to concentrate. Once again,.. what in the world does CNY gotta do with NPCC? WELL DUH IT AFFECTS MY MOOD... i just want a new computer and a STUPID NEW MODEM.. my modem dc like shit.. I HATE IT... i dont care. im gona smash it into pieces if it pisses me off AGAIN.

Here i am being a nice guy playing warcraft... lalala then suddenly BOOM DC LIKE HAHAHAH................

CloverField

Just went to watch cloverfield today, w00t it rawks, its like Godzilla 2 0-o! THe film was made by the producers of Godzilla, i think..



Since the monster doesnt have a name, we shall call it "monster thingy".
Here are some words from the producers..:

CS: Any possibilities for a "Cloverfield" sequel?

Reeves: This was so fun 'cause we'd never done anything like it, and I think we'd want to find a similar challenge, to find a way to have its roots in this but be fresh and new, otherwise you're just repeating yourself. There's a moment on the Brooklyn Bridge, and there was a guy filming something on the side of the bridge, and Hud sees him filming and he turns over and he sees the ship that's been capsized and sees the headless Statue of Liberty, and then he turns back and this guy's briefly filming him. In my mind that was two movies intersecting for a brief moment.

Reeves: Did you see the thing in the last shot? In the final shot there's a little something, and I don't wanna say what it is. The final shot before the titles. The stuff at Coney Island, there's a little something there and I don't want to give it away 'cause the fun is sort of to find it, but I will say this: there's a funny thing, you look at the shot and until you see it you don't see it and you really don't see it and obviously you don't 'cause none of you have seen it, but once you see it you'll never stop seeing it.

CS: It's the thing dropping in the water, right?

Reeves: Ahh, you saw it.



AND I CANNOT BELIEVE I MISSED THAT..... the thing dropping in the water, i was looking at the couple, cause they were like the main point.. my eyes.. are not sharp enough...

The key to it is that the monster was a baby. The monster was suffering from separation anxiety and was absolutely disoriented and pissed, "where's mommy?", and terrified. That was the most important aspect of the creature. Not only was he furious and in a rage but he was scared, because to me there's nothing scarier than something huge that's spooked. If you're at the circus and the elephants are going nuts you don't want to be near them..


MY ratings:
Overall: 7.5/10
Green screen effects: 8/10
Some words from me:
i heard that some people got dizzy from this movie. Actually, this movie is made to be like that, the FPV(first person view) brings you directly into the movie itself and experience it. The movie made me felt like you want the characters to survive so the movie could go on.
Nice show anyway, but 85 minutes of show for 9.50$ isnt really worth the shot.
My advice, watch it if you have the time and $ for a 85 minute show.

Ahh, this is the last post for 2007, the last post of when i was first entered secondary life.
Its gona be a new start again nxt year, 2008, well the countdown shld be starting any minute!
